You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packages and consumed per restoration. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits do not expire.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the restoration service.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Upload, process, or generate sexually explicit, pornographic, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content of any kind
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise our systems
  • Use automated tools to abuse the service

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any content that violates this policy without notice. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or terminated immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhotoWake AI is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee perfect results for every photo. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
